Purchase of business which involved three parties including our client (the purchaser), the seller (business owner) and the landlord (owner of business premises) of business.

We liaised with the landlord’s solicitor to ensure our client would fulfil the requirement by proof of their financial capability, sufficient experiences, and resources to run the business.

After satisfied the requirements from the landlord, we then assisted our clients on draft lease assignment agreement; and execution of the agreement.

We also assisted clients to acquire a liquor license and food license in addition to purchasing the business.
