We assisted from the initial meeting with the developer to discuss the development plan, we have provided as an in-house counsel for this particular development.

We assist with the construction budget planning, focusing on the cost control as clients request. Assist and advise on land use/town planning by attending meetings with town planners, communicating with project management, review and advise on any contractual matters.
